Tidbit of information:
I’ve managed to create a comfortable balance between marketing and writing.
Mornings are spent marketing to Facebook groups and other places online. If I finish my allotment for the day early, I move on to working on a novel.
If not, I spend the afternoon in the writing cave. Things try to pull me away: texts, phone calls, emails, vacuuming twelve tons of cat hair, laundry, the kitchen sink, cooking.
Honestly, while I love writing, its easy to get distracted. But, I should let you know that these distractions help me plow through the plot in my head. Then I’ll return to the writing cave, aka my office, and write like a fiend.
